Choose who you are.

Musician

Friends

Friends are musicians you let in yourself. You then see at a jam whether they're going too, and they see the same of you.

  1. 1

    Open Friends

Tap Me, at the bottom left of the strip, and choose "Friends".

  2. 2

    Find a musician

Type at least two letters of the name and tap "Search". You get at most twenty names in alphabetical order; if someone isn't there, type more letters. Tap a name to send a request. On another musician's profile you see how many jams they've been to. If you're friends, you also see when you last played a jam together.

  3. 3

    Wait for an answer

Your request is under "You're waiting for an answer", with "Withdraw". The other person gets a notification and sees your request at the top of Friends. Anyone who asked you is at the top under "Waiting for you", with "Yes" and "No".

  4. 4

    See who's going

In the agenda a jam shows how many friends have signed up. On the jam page they're under "People you know".

  5. 5

    Ask fellow players afterwards

At the end of a night you see the musicians you played a song with. Tap a name to ask that person to be friends.

  6. 6

    Remove someone

Open the profile from "Your friends" and tap "Remove from your friends".

Tip. Don't want friends to see which nights you're on? Turn off "Friends see where you play" in Settings.
