Keeping the setlist
The setlist is the list of songs still to come, in a fixed order. Musicians put themselves on a song; you decide what goes on it and who stands where.
- 1
Accept suggestions
In Tonight, tap "Suggestions" to see what the room has suggested; tap "Add it" to put it at the end of the setlist, or "No" to turn it down. You can undo a "No" for ten seconds with "Undo". The musician gets a message about your choice; for a "No" only once those ten seconds are up.
- 2
Change the order
"This one first" puts a song on stage right away, and "Later" moves the next song back. Hold the handle to rearrange the whole setlist; with a screen reader you use Move up and Move down. Anyone who moves as a result doesn't get a notification.
- 3
Lock the key
Tap a song's key, choose one and tap "Lock". Choosing nothing means the musicians' vote counts.
- 4
Move players
Tap a musician on a song. Then choose "Replace with someone else", "Move to another song" or "Take off this song"; you can undo that last one for ten seconds with "Undo".
- 5
Too full
If more people are on a spot than there is room for, the song shows "… too full". Tap who keeps the spot; the others see that their spot has been given away.
- 6
Waiting
In Tonight, tap "Waiting" to see who's looking for a spot; whoever has waited longest and played least comes first. The plus puts someone on the free spot for their instrument. If there isn't one, the tick lets them in. The clock puts someone aside for a moment, the arrow puts them back in the queue. Above your buttons you then see what happened. Put someone on a spot by mistake? Undo it for ten seconds with "Undo".
