The regular line-up
The regular line-up is your house band for every week. You invite everyone once. After that, before each night, you ask them with one tap whether they're coming.

Open the regular line-up
In Prepare the night, under "For every night", tap "Regular line-up". You also find it at the bottom of House band. If you have a venue, you also find it when you edit the jam.

Add someone to the band
Tap "Add member", choose the instrument and fill in a name. An email address is welcome but not required: without an address you share the link yourself, for example via WhatsApp. Whoever opens the link and accepts the spot is in the band from then on. Until then it says "not accepted" next to their name. You can also do it from House band: "Invite someone" and then "Regular in the band".

Ask the band for a night
At the top of Prepare the night it says "Ask the band". One tap, and everyone who accepted their link gets a notification asking whether they're playing. Anyone who hasn't accepted the link yet doesn't get a notification; send them the link. If you're in the band yourself and host the night, you're not asked.

Follow the answers
Under House band each spot shows "Coming", "Waiting", "Not accepted" or "Not coming". If someone answers in the app, you get a notification. Got the answer outside the app? Tap their name and choose "Coming" or "Not coming".

Send the link again
A link works for thirty days. In the regular line-up, tap a name with "not accepted" and choose "Send the link again". It's the same link, and it works for another thirty days.

Remove someone from the band
Tap a name and choose "Remove from the regular line-up". If they're already on upcoming nights, those spots are dropped too. If someone can't make one night, set them to "Not coming": they stay in the band and you ask them again next time.
