Asking a question
If you run into something, ask your question on the site. You don't need an account, and that's on purpose: if logging in is the very thing that fails, you'd never get through otherwise. If you host a jam, you can also ask in the app: in Prepare the night, tap the question mark at the top right. There you get an answer straight away from an assistant that uses AI.

Go to jamfinder.nl/contact
You land on the help page. If you're logged in, your earlier questions are there too.

Fill in your question
Your name, your email address, what it's about and your question itself. That's all we need.

Keep the link you get
After sending you see a link to your own conversation. With it you read the answer and reply, even without an account.

The answer comes by email
As soon as we reply, you get a message at the address you gave, with that same link in it.
