Asking a question about a jam
Want to know something before you go, like whether there's a drum kit? Ask your question in the app. The host or the venue answers.

Open the jam
Open the jam and scroll to the block with the venue's name.

Tap "Ask a question"
Type your question, at most 300 characters, and tap "Send". If the button isn't there, nobody answers questions about this jam.

Who gets your question
If the jam has a host, your question goes to the host. Otherwise it goes to the venue.

The answer
You get a notification when there's an answer. In the venue block, tap "Your question" to see the question and the answer. You have one open question per jam, and you can ask at most five questions a day.
Tip. Host a jam or have a venue? A question comes in as a notification and as an email. Tap the notification and then "Questions for you" in the venue block. You answer once. Tap the name to open the profile; there you can also report or block someone.
