Maintenance on Jamfinder
Sometimes the app or the website is temporarily unavailable. You then see the maintenance screen instead of the usual content.

Read the message
Below the illustration it says when Jamfinder is expected to be available again. Sometimes there's a short explanation too. Maintenance can apply to the app only, the website only, or both.

Try again later
Tap Try again to check the status. The app and the website also check by themselves while the screen is open. If checking doesn't work, check your internet connection.

Carry on as soon as you can
After the maintenance the screen disappears. If it takes longer than expected, it says so. You don't need to delete your account or create a new one.
Tip. An end time is an estimate. If no new time appears, try again later.
