Reporting and blocking
If something goes wrong with a musician or a jam, report it. After a report about a musician you can also block that person.

Tap the report button
At the bottom of a musician's profile it says "Something wrong with this musician?". At the bottom of the jam page it says "Something wrong with this jam?".

Say what's going on
Choose "Unwanted behaviour", "Fake or spam", "Not right" or "Other", and add an explanation if you like. Tap "Send report"; the other person doesn't see your report. Does a jam show a level that doesn't match what you experienced? Tap "Something wrong with this jam?", choose "The level is wrong" and say which level fits better. The host hears about it without your name.

Block if you want
After a report about a musician, the app asks "Do you also want to block this person?". Then tap "Block this person".

What a block does
You can no longer see each other's profile, and we don't tell the other person you blocked them. You may still run into each other at a jam session.

Outcome and unblocking
You get a notification as soon as there's a decision on your report. Under Settings › Privacy and data, "What you reported" shows how it's going. "Who you blocked" is there too, with "Unblock".

What a Jamfinder admin sees
A Jamfinder admin can see everything in your account except your password, including what happens during a jam session. That's there to help you, to review a report or to follow a night; you don't get a message about it. If an admin changes something in your account, you always get a message with the reason, and it's listed under Settings › Privacy and data at "What was done to your account".
