Rescheduling or cancelling a night

Each night of a series can be rescheduled, cancelled or allowed to go ahead after all, on its own. Anyone who signed up gets a message about it, with your note.

  1. 1

    Open the night

On the start page, tap a series and then the night. You immediately see how many musicians have signed up.

  2. 2

    Reschedule or cancel

Choose "Reschedule" with a new date and start time, or "Cancel". You bring a cancelled night back with "Go ahead after all", as long as it hasn't started yet.

  3. 3

    Five minutes to undo

If the night is more than a day away, the message only goes out after five minutes; if you undo it within that time, nobody notices. If the night starts within 24 hours, the participants get a message straight away.

  4. 4

    Who's coming

Under "Who's coming" you see names and instruments; you also get there by tapping a night under This week. With "Off the list" you remove someone. You can only do that with a reason, and that person immediately gets a message with that reason.

  5. 5

Change or stop the whole series

With the button at the top right of the series you change the name, times, instruments and switches; planned nights move with it, except a night you rescheduled by hand. "Stop this jam" cancels all upcoming nights and takes the series out of the agenda.

  6. 6

Put it back in the agenda

You bring a stopped series back with "Put back in the agenda". The nights that were cancelled when you stopped stay cancelled; bring them back one by one with "Go ahead after all".

Tip. If a series says "Hidden", a moderator has taken it out of the agenda; musicians only see it again once the moderator releases it.
