One A4 next to the bar. Whoever walks in knows right away what is on.
The code shows which jam is on in your venue tonight, who is already playing and which instrument is still missing. Signing up for the stage takes two taps. No list on the bar, no shouting across the room.
- A poster on A4 and table cards on A6, in colour or black and white
- The code belongs to the venue, not to one night: it stays valid, next season too
- Anyone without the app lands on your venue's web page
The poster does the work the bar would otherwise do
Also for people who don't have the app yet
Anyone who happens to drop in just scans. The code opens your venue's page: which jam, what time, who is already playing.
See right away who's missing
Three guitarists and no drummer? That is on every screen that scans the code. The drummer at the bar sees he is needed before anyone has to ask.
Print once, hang for years
The code points to your venue, not to one night. If your jam changes day or name, the page changes with it. The poster stays correct.
Log in, print, put it up
A bar owner keeps the printer next to the computer, not next to the phone. That is why the poster is here on the site. Rather share it from your phone or email it to the copy shop? The app makes the same poster as a PDF.
- 1Log in with your app accountThe same email address and password as in the app. If you manage several venues, you choose one.
- 2Print on A4, scale 100%The code is deliberately as big as fits on an A4: that's what lets people scan it from a distance. Do not shrink it.
- 3Hang it where people waitNext to the bar, by the door, at eye level. A second copy by the stage helps the host.

The host sees who is there. The musician sees when it's their turn.
Whoever scans is in the room, with their instrument. The host lines up the songs and calls up the next group with one tap; the phone of whoever is up buzzes. That way the night keeps its pace without anyone shouting across the room.
